Mediation, Leadership Coaching and Organizational Development

At Amplify, we work to meet the needs of our clients, whether that is a short or long-term engagement.  We will design a collaboration for individuals, small or large teams or entire multi-site organizations.

Erika and other team members are certified and experienced mediators, specializing in transparent, respectful and future-focused conflict resolution. We work in a multitude of contexts: family disputes, work-related conflict resolution, individual financial or relationship conflict, business or contractual disputes and conflict resolution within groups and larger organizations as well.

Classes and workshops are usually focused on building confidence and skill in the communication arena and organizational development. These include cultural sensitivity trainings, team building, increasing productivity and building a more equitable and inclusive organizational culture.

Of course, we have tremendous experience coaching and teaching organizations to implement virtual knowledge networks like Project ECHO, and have trained hundreds of others how to run, facilitate, evaluate and sustain thriving ECHOs. Distance education and scaling of effective programs is our speciality (for more information, please see ECHO-related technical assistance and training services here).

Erika Harding is an outstanding trainer and I highly recommend her to any team looking for a high quality learning experience. Erika put together a highly professional, energetic 2-day training for our team to learn the “how to’s” of ECHO from start to finish. She brings many years of experience and was able to share what works, what doesn’t, and how to set your team up for success. Her training was engaging and had an excellent combination of didactic and hands-on learning. I left the workshop feeling confident in my ability to provide leadership and support to our new ECHO initiative. Thank you Erika for your passion, knowledge, and wisdom.
