Training/Training Design, Strategic Planning, Program Management, and Group Facilitation
At Amplify, we have extensive experience building Virtual Knowledge Networks and adapting traditional face-to-face training to online, experiential learning. Online learning doesn’t have to be boring, passive or isolating. It can be engaging, creative and effective by integrating learning-by-doing models and an all-teach-all-learn approach.
We also focus on capacity-building, organizational change management, leadership training/coaching and program design, implementation and scaling for impact. What I offer with my Amplify team is always customized to serve the needs of our clients.
